Body that schedules the work
Meeting around the President of the CNT, the Conference of Presidents sets the pace of parliamentary work: it examines and proposes the agenda of sittings, in keeping with the priorities set by the Government.
“The Conference of Presidents is made up of the Vice-Presidents, the Committee Chairs and the General Rapporteur of the Finance Committee. It is the body that schedules the work of the CNT.”

Functioning
From the convening by the President to the agenda settled in plenary, the Conference follows a weekly cycle set by the Rules of Procedure.
Every week, as necessary, the President of the CNT convenes the Conference on the day and at the time he sets. The Government is informed and may delegate a representative.
The Conference examines the agenda of the CNT's work and makes any proposal on its settlement, in addition to the discussions given priority by the Government.
The agenda drawn up by the Conference is immediately posted and notified to the Government.
The proposals are submitted to the CNT, which may amend them, in particular the number and order of items. Only the Government, to explain its vote, and the committee chairs who attended the Conference may speak.
Once settled by the CNT, the agenda may only be changed on a new proposal from the Conference of Presidents.
